DeleteThis is a nice drive and I did have it on my C128 but wore out the selector switch (got mine last year). I am curious why you need to run it with an Ultimate-II+? As that is a 1541 emulator and supports 2 USB sticks? With my U2+ I find on occasion a need to run a real drive with it but not an SD2IEC. The SD2IEC is a great drive to run with Fastloader, Final Cart, MSSIAH Cart, EasyFlash3, etc... Where my IDE64 and U2+ are great with my eprom burner, WIFI modem, etc...

DeleteWhy does it connect through user port. Is data being transfered here or does it just use the voltage.
