SD2IEC Now available at Shareware Plus for the Commodore 64

The SD2IEC market is flooded with budget, poor quality SD2IEC Interfaces, often just the pcb with no protection and those which are cased are clumsy and difficult to use on a day by day basis.

In partnership with the designers & manufacturers of the uCassette and Tapuino v2, we have now received our first delivery of SD2IEC Interfaces.

Features - Retro design, Attend SD card socket, Adjustable device number by dip switch (8,9,10,11), User port power supply, Actual firmware, upgradeable via sd card, LEDs (Blue, Red) on Commodore logo, 4 buttons: User port reset, SD2IEC reset and disk change buttons, Atmega 1284p microcontroller.

The package includes: SD2IEC Drive & 60cm Data cable, User Guide. 100% tested and working.

  5. Will it work with the C128D? with the Ultimate-II+ in the cartridge port (ie no conflicts etc?)

    2. This is a nice drive and I did have it on my C128 but wore out the selector switch (got mine last year). I am curious why you need to run it with an Ultimate-II+? As that is a 1541 emulator and supports 2 USB sticks? With my U2+ I find on occasion a need to run a real drive with it but not an SD2IEC. The SD2IEC is a great drive to run with Fastloader, Final Cart, MSSIAH Cart, EasyFlash3, etc... Where my IDE64 and U2+ are great with my eprom burner, WIFI modem, etc...
